[R] Hello Axemis, please introduce yourself to our readers.
[A] Witam nazywam sie Adam „Axemis” Bujnowski, mam 18 lat i jestem właścicielem Galaxy Cup’a!
[R] You managed to organize a tournament that was at the same level for a month, how did you do it?
[A] All it takes is a few willing and committed moderators to keep the tournament on its feet, I'm sorry that other organizations made mistakes, either organizational or poor promotion on social media, I hope that the Galaxy Cup will be an example of good tournaments in the underground.
[R] Can you share any techniques or tricks for future tournament organizers to make underground tournaments look like yours?
[A] I don't have any techniques, only time and motivation to manage cups!
[R] What is the most important factor that influences the organization of the tournament? What is the most important aspect of a tournament that makes a tournament look more professional than others?
[A] Activity, the most important thing is to be active so that in case of disputes, the admin is ready to respond and resolve the situation.
[R] Currently, together with Molitio, you are organizing a charity tournament for Agnieszka. Please describe to us how the cooperation between Molitiem and the Galaxy Cup began, where did the idea for such a tournament come from?
[A] CEO Molitiem took the initiative, he saw that the Galaxy Cup was the best organized tournament in UG, so I guess that's why he wrote to me at the beginning.
[R] If you could improve something in the organization of Galaxy Cup: Reborn Edition, what would it be?
[A] Having more control on FACEIT during matches.
[R] Sometimes in underground tournaments, especially those that were still held in CS:GO, you could see the BO5 final, then still mr15, so the finals in this format lasted a long time, what do you think about it?
[A] BO5 may be more exciting, but it also requires a lot of time and effort from the players, which makes these finals less seen nowadays.
[R] You are the administrator of the Galaxy Cup tournament, could you name the team that you liked the most in terms of organization or even the style of play?
[A] Of the obvious teams, Armitra was of course the most surprising (there was essa), but the team that didn't get much praise was Pudding, who, despite not advancing to the play-offs, played some great bo3s!
[R] Why was your tournament organized on the FACEIT platform and not on the organizers' server?
[A] FACEIT provides stable servers and is free, it is perfect for dealing with larger numbers of teams.
[R] Are there any other tournaments planned besides the charity one this year?
[A] We don't know yet, we are trying to negotiate a potential edition with the sponsor at the end of the year, but we don't promise anything!
[R] Thank you for your time, I wish you every success. Maybe you would like to add something at the end?
[A] Thank you for your time and coverage of the Galaxy Cup. Thank you, goodbye!
