After the five matches we covered in the previous article, Saturlity Esport returned to the servers of the 55th ESEA Intermediate season to play another three matches. This time, the French team faced exclusively Finnish opponents. The results of this mini-series showed that the squad is still searching for consistency in its performance. After two losses on Nuke, the long-awaited breakthrough finally came on Train. Although their record of 4–4 after eight matches doesn’t yet provide comfort, Saturlity proves that they can recover and keep fighting to improve their position in the standings.
Tough battles on Nuke
The series of matches described today began with the French team facing the Finnish side SubNormalS on Nuke. From the very first rounds, the opponents dictated the pace, capitalizing on every mistake made by Saturlity Esport and steadily building their lead. The French roster tried to respond with a few successful rounds here and there… but the tempo set by the Finnish team made it difficult to find consistency. Although the halftime score still stood at 4:8, the second half was completely one-sided — SubNormalS didn’t concede a single round, closing out the match with a decisive 4:13. For Saturlity, it was a tough encounter and a painful reminder of just how challenging Nuke can be, especially in the competitive environment of ESEA Intermediate.
The next match followed a very similar pattern. Saturlity once again played on Nuke, this time against the Finnish team Lentavat Lehmat. The beginning of the match was far from ideal — the opponents quickly took control, dominating the French side with a 3:9 score in the first half. After the side switch, there were signs of determination and attempts to turn the game around, but the gap was simply too wide. Despite a few promising moments, the match ended with a 5:13 defeat. Saturlity Esport had to accept another loss while taking the lessons learned into their next challenge.
Saturlity Esport breaks the losing streak on Train
After two difficult matches, the moment finally arrived that both the players and fans of Saturlity Esport had been waiting for. However, in the clash against the Finnish team Pesujakuivaus60 on Train, the start didn’t suggest a turnaround… The first half ended 4:8, and the French side at times seemed to repeat the same mistakes as in their previous encounters. Despite that, the team remained calm and, after switching sides, gradually started to take control of the game. Saturlity showed determination and consistency, clawing back round by round to turn the tide. In the end, the French squad secured a 13:9 victory — breaking their losing streak and returning to the winning path.
Despite a difficult start, Saturlity Esport proved that they can recover from defeats and learn from previous matches. The victory over Pesujakuivaus60 could become a turning point in their campaign. It gives the French team not only some breathing room but also motivation ahead of the upcoming games. If they can maintain the same determination they showed in their last match, the coming weeks may bring further progress and greater consistency in their performance.
