Over the past few weeks, there has been little information coming from Saturlity Esport, at least when it comes to the Counter-Strike scene. The CS division, which we have regularly followed on our website, has almost disappeared from the media spotlight, raising questions about the organization’s future plans in this title. The situation has been quite different in Rainbow Six Siege, however, where the French club has continued its esports activities without interruption.
For this reason, the latest announcement has attracted considerable attention. Saturlity has officially entered the NBA 2K scene, opening a new division and beginning another chapter in its history. This move is a clear signal that the French organization continues to seek new areas for growth. More importantly, it shows that Saturlity has no intention of limiting itself solely to the pillars that have defined its esports presence so far.

The announcement of the new division appeared on the organization’s social media, accompanied by the striking slogan “NEW ERA BEGINS”. Saturlity unveiled a five-player roster set to represent the organization in the NBA 2K scene:

At first glance, it is clear that the new division has been built as an international project, primarily composed of players from various European countries. In the NBA 2K scene, this approach is completely natural, as competition in this title largely revolves around online matches and 5v5 formats. In these matches, team cohesion, communication, and role distribution on the virtual court are crucial. The NBA 2K esports scene has long operated with mixed-nationality rosters, and organizations increasingly view it as a real space for long-term growth.
