The ESEA Entry S55 season is entering its decisive phase, and our partner teams are showing tremendous determination. The regular season has already ended, and as we mentioned in the previous article, only three teams secured a spot in the playoffs: Vandals Clan, Victoria Nostra, and VoFoxen Rising. Unfortunately, Panico eSports was eliminated earlier, but that story has already been covered in detail. Today, it’s time to focus on the three teams that are still fighting for the best possible result, as each of them has their own ambitions and goals. Every playoff match brings new emotions, and now we’ll walk you through their entire journey to show the effort, growth, and determination they displayed.

Jaster V1sen CSKU SzczykuVandals Clan began their playoffs run on a pleasant note, as they received a BYE in the first round of the lower bracket. They didn’t have to play a match, which allowed them to fully focus on practice and preparation. This extra time gave them the opportunity to fine-tune the details while also offering a moment to catch their breath after an intense regular season.
On November 27th, Vandals Clan faced the Belarusian team razdva52. The match quickly showed that the Poles were well-prepared and gaining form day by day. They secured a confident 2:0 victory, and the results — 13:6 on de_mirage and 13:6 on de_ancient — clearly highlighted their strength. Every round played out in their favor, and the team controlled the flow of the match from the very first minutes. Importantly, the players maintained a high tempo and never allowed their opponents to reach a comfortable level of play. A match like this boosts morale and proves that hard work is starting to pay off.
Now Vandals Clan will face tougher opponents in the ESEA Entry playoffs, but their good form and a 2:0 record in the playoffs give them great motivation. The team keeps playing because they believe in advancing to a higher division, and that confidence could be the key to their next victories.

Victoria Nostra began their playoffs run on November 25th with a clash against the Ukrainian nQ Team. The match was full of emotions and twists, ending with a 2:1 victory for the Poles. First, Victoria Nostra won convincingly 13:3 on de_ancient, but de_mirage slipped out of their control and ended 5:13. The deciding map, Train, brought huge tension, with both teams going round by round and every mistake potentially changing the outcome. The Poles, however, kept their cool and won 13:11. This victory demonstrated their character and showed that they can win a match that requires patience, determination, and mental resilience.
Fight until the Very End
On November 27th, they faced the Finnish team INCEPTOR. Victoria Nostra started strong, winning de_dust2 with a score of 13:10, but things started to get complicated afterwards. Inferno ended 10:13, and the deciding de_mirage also slipped away, with a result of 9:13, which sent the Poles to the lower bracket. The team had a chance to close the match 2:0, but they couldn’t maintain control, and the situation turned against them. Such a result is always painful, as it shows how little separated them from moving one round further.
End of the journey
On November 29th, Victoria Nostra played for their survival against the Swiss team SPIRIX. The first map ended with a score of 7:13, and de_inferno, despite a fierce fight, resulted in 13:16. The Poles fought until the very end, but SPIRIX proved to be slightly stronger. The match ended in a 0:2 defeat, marking their final series in the ESEA Entry S55 playoffs.
But… the story doesn’t end sadly. Thanks to winning their first match, Victoria Nostra secured promotion to ESEA Intermediate. Places 32–48 grant teams advancement, so they end the season with a huge success, even though the playoffs didn’t go as they had hoped. It’s a bittersweet ending, but the important thing is that the team is moving up a league.

VoFoxen Rising played their first match on November 25th against yandexlavka666. The match didn’t go well, although the team fought with determination. On de_inferno, the opponent dominated and won 6:13, but the second map brought much more fight and excitement. Ancient ended with a score of 11:13, and this loss was particularly painful, as the Poles were very close to tying the series. Their preparation was evident, but the pressure from losing the first map may have affected their comfort and focus.
After the loss, VoFoxen Rising dropped to the lower bracket, but on the same day they received a BYE, automatically advancing to the next round. This gave them a moment to reset and prepare for the fight for promotion, as every subsequent match is already a do-or-die situation.
Chance for a Comeback
Their next match will be played on December 1st at 19:30 against the Polish team Dom Seniora. This will be a very important clash, as there is no room for mistakes. The Foxes need to show character, because only fighting for every detail can give them promotion and a chance to move up.
Summary
The ESEA Entry S55 playoffs showed one thing: our teams know how to fight at every stage, as none of them gave up a single match without a struggle. Three different teams and three different stories created a shared tale of ambition, surprises, and a journey that often goes through pressure, emotions, and tough decisions. Looking at all the matches, we see three distinct pictures, but each carries the spirit of Polish determination.
