A few days ago, YNG SKiLLZ competed in the VPG Polish Cup finals at the Kinguin Esports Center in Gdańsk. Unfortunately, already in the first match, in the semi-finals, they had to acknowledge the superiority of their rivals – they lost 1:2 and 0:2 to GSK Esport.
This is how YNG describes the match:
We started the semi-final two-legged match with an even game and a lead, but after giving a goal to the opponent, a snowball effect occurred… GSK players added a second goal, and we simply “didn’t make it” to the rematch and the dreams of the final were forgotten.
The “Spirit.us” team stood in their way to bronze. This match was more even than the semi-final, but unfortunately Spirit.us turned out to be better in the end, thanks to winning the third match, they lifted the bronze cup. Results: 1:0, 2:3, 0:2.
YNG SKiLLZ returns from Gdańsk without a trophy, there is certainly some dissatisfaction with this match for 3rd place, but it is also worth mentioning that such a tournament is certainly a great influx of experience for the YNG SKiLLZ representatives themselves. Congratulations on 4th place!
