After a few weeks of competition in the 55th season of ESEA Intermediate, the Saturlity Esport team has already played five matches. Although their 3–2 record looks solid on paper, the course of the games has shown plenty of ups and downs. During this time, the squad faced opponents with varying levels of experience, providing a good perspective on the team’s current form. There were moments of complete dominance, but also matches where small mistakes determined the final outcome. Let’s take a look at how the season began for Saturlity.
Five matches, five stories – The journey of Saturlity Esport
Early matches and a reality check for Saturlity Esport
The season for Saturlity Esport began calmly, though without a chance to truly test their form in practice. The French squad earned their first victory against 13 AVG by walkover, which allowed them to enter the competition with a positive record and a bit of comfort ahead of the upcoming challenges. Although the match wasn’t played on the server, the points were valuable — especially at the start of the season, when every result can influence a team’s position in the standings.
The second match brought real competition — and unfortunately, the first setback. Saturlity, facing the Italian team Puppatori, had to acknowledge their opponents’ superiority, losing 4:13 on Dust 2. The game didn’t go the French team’s way from the start, as they couldn’t find an effective answer to their rivals’ playstyle. Although the scoreline was clear, the match served as a valuable lesson and a reminder that in ESEA Intermediate, every mistake can cost you a round — or even the entire game.
Convincing win, excitement on Train and more points for Saturlity Esport
The response didn’t take long. In the next match, Saturlity Esport showed a completely different side of their game, crushing Portuguese UnderGround Esports 13:0, also on Dust 2. It was a display of full control and efficiency — a result that undoubtedly boosted morale and reminded everyone that the team has the potential to dominate even at this level of competition.
The fourth match proved to be the closest of all so far. The French squad faced Danish Zentrix Titan, and the game on Train provided plenty of excitement. After a hard-fought battle, Saturlity narrowly lost 11:13, falling just short at the very end. Despite the defeat, it was a match that demonstrated the team’s character and their ability to fight until the very last moment.
The series of matches discussed today concluded with another victory awarded by walkover, this time against Dziady_IV. Thanks to this, Saturlity Esport can boast a solid 3–2 record, maintaining a strong starting position for the upcoming weeks of competition. The French team has shown that they are capable of both impressive wins and learning from more challenging moments — a promising sign for the rest of the season.
What’s next for Saturlity in ESEA Intermediate?
